POSITION SUMMARY
This Graduate Trainee Program is designed for all post-graduates who want to learn and start
their career path in a global integrated supply chain and processor of agricultural products and food ingredients. The selected candidates will undergo a one-year trainee program in several roles in the business, joining the team in the field as preparation for their future role at the managerial level.
OPERATION TRAINEE PROGRAM
REQUIREMENTS :
- Fresh Graduates from reputable Master Management university
- Majoring Marketing, Agribusiness, Economic Agriculture, Operation Management / Engineerig with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Understanding basics of Economics, Strategy and Marketing
- Age minimum 21-27 Years Old
- Having proficiency in English both oral and written (TOEFL score min 480)
- Must be Computer literate and good in Windows application such; Word, Excel and Power point.
- Good in communication
- English Mandatory
- Energetic, eager to learn, strong in analysis, high motivation and able to work under minimum supervision, potential leadership
- Willing to go travel and learning in branches Olam around Indonesia for 1 year as company's training program
