Profil Perusahaan

PT. Astra Land Indonesia was established on October 14th 2016 as a joint venture between Astra International and Hongkong Land with 50% shares composition. Hongkong Land is a member of the Jardine Matheson Group and a leading property group engaged in property investment, management, and development based in Hongkong and Singapore. PT Astra Land Indonesia (ALI) is the agent for residential projects in Astra Property Group. Our current business portfolio is a township project undertaken with PT Moderland Reality under the management of PT Astra Modernland. In the future, we will expand our residential projects to such as housing developments, apartments, public facilities, and open area for public.

INTERIOR DESIGNER
Requirements
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture 
  • At least 2 years of working experience on Interior Designer on Landed/Residential Property Industry (Developer/Contractor Company)

MEP ENGINEER
Requirements:
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
  • At least 2years of working experience on housing/building construction field on Landed/Residential Property Industry (Developer/Contractor Company)
INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER
Requirements
  • At leasta Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering 
  • At least 2 years ofworking experience on Infrastructure on Landed/Residential Property Industry (Developer/Contractor Company).

 ARCHITECT
Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • At least 2 years of working experience on Architectural Designer on Landed/Residential Property Industry (Developer/Contractor Company).

STRUCTURE ENGINEER
Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • At least 2 years of working experience on housing/building construction field on Landed/Residential Property Industry (Developer/Contractor Company).

LANDSCAPE & URBAN PLANNER
Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Landscape, or Urban Studies/Town Planning
  • At least 2 years of working experience on Landscape& Urban Planner on Landed/Residential Property Industry Developer/Contractor Company).

DOCUMENT CONTROL
Requirements:

  • At leasta Bachelors Degree in any Engineering Major
  • At least 2 years of working experience on Document Control on Landed/ Residential Property Industry 

GENERAL QUALIEICATION
All candidates must have:
Good interpersonal skill& teamwork
Quick learner with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work
under pressure.
