Job Purpose and Impact
The Customer Service Representative will administer routine customer enabling activities of the order management process and will help execute well established customer service activities with regards to order intake, confirmation, processing and fulfillment. In this role, you will assist in achieving streamlined and optimized internal processes that promote a seamless customer experience.
Key Accountabilities
- Follow standard procedures and provide insights regarding order status, invoices, contract balances and other information needed to complete an order to customer facing customer service representatives.
- Oversee customer orders and work cross functionally to confirm credit, contract, pricing, stock allocation, and transportation availability alignment.
- Resolve low complexity process issues that follow already defined procedures related to order confirmation, processing and fulfillment.
- Support the generation of order related documents using knowledge of local legislation, local documentation and basic understanding of local regulations and languages in which customer conducts business operations.
- Update internal stakeholders on order status and any issues.
- Identify potential obstacles in the order management internal process and work with other functions and customer facing customer service representatives to take corrective actions using your basic analytical capabilities.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Have experience as Sales Support/Customer Service in extensive export & domestic oriented company or service oriented company.
- Production planning and Material Requirement Planning knowledge
- Proficiency in Ms Excel
- Have leadership and negotiate skills, persuade others
Documentation & Transport Supervisor

Job Purpose and Impact
The Documentation & Transport Supervisor will lead and provide direction to local transportation and logistic teams, oversee the day to day transportation and logistics operational activities across a region that includes multiple product lines. In this role, you will lead, advise and make decisions on all major logistics and transportation activities including data management, reporting and analysis, shipment execution, client interaction, business partnership, people, resource and project management.
Key Accountabilities
- Support development and deployment of the transportation and logistics vision and strategy to include creation of contract alliances within a respective market.
- Assist and support operational activities for the transportation and logistics team such as spot sourcing, capacity location, freight booking, delivery tracking and transport related incident resolution.
- Gather, synthesize and analyze data and prepare reports and presentations to communicate transportation performance and metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain an excellent level of market awareness across the region where business units operate and lead the communication towards our partners.
- Lead continuous improvement projects and participate in cross functional and cross regional projects.
- Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in commercial transportation, transportation procurement, forwarding and bulk cargo transportation
- Preferred Qualifications
- Have 1-3 year of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management Software (Enterprise Resource Planning, TMS, Fleet Management)
- Understanding of Supply Chain Management Procedures, Logistics Skills

Job Purpose and Impact
The Maintenance Supervisor will plan basic routine maintenance on our plant assets and equipment following established program guidelines. In this role, you will develop detailed job plans to improve the work force efficiency and quality by identifying the elements of an executable work package. You will provide general knowledge of consistent maintenance and reliability best practices in the completion of planning and prioritizing basic tasks and providing quality work that supports organizational goals.
Key Accountabilities
- Research and compile information and feedback necessary to generate highly effective and detailed job plans.
- Initiate the procurement of materials, special tools and unique items required in the job plans using relevant maintenance programs and database tools.
- Prepare detailed job plans as required on general maintenance activities and schedule downtime and partner with more senior team members to identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce lost production.
- Maintain custom databases to support specific work projects and processes.
- Plan the execution of basic repair procedures and tasks to ensure compliance with the fundamental plant maintenance procedures and practices.
- Review all completed work orders for completeness and accuracy and update the machinery history data in the tracking system as required.
- Provide reports to keep the maintenance leaders informed of work progress and future work schedules.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or a related field or equivalent experience
- Have 1-3 years experiences in maintenance management
- Strong technical aptitude, electrical would be an advantage
- Have leadership skill
- Have manufacturing background
