• Have bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering / Law / Pshycology
• Experience in HR Operations: Design Organization structure, Reward management, Manpower
analysis, workload analysis, Policy, Employe Movement (transfer, promotion, demotion), Talent
Management with nine box approach, Employee relations, and other HC business partner role
• Detailed knowledge of employment law and experience & understanding in payroll, Assessment
