Job Description :
Prepare draft agreements required by the company regarding the company's interests in the procurement/auction process.
Reviewing draft agreements relating to company interests in the client procurement/auction process.
Identifying contractual risks to the client's draft contract Monitoring
Monitoring Change Order (CO) and Extension of Time (EoT)
Make periodic reports on the progress of work.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law or Engineering
Have min 4 years in relevant experience
Have good knowledge of Indonesian law and other related laws.
Understanding of Contracts and Project Management is preferred
Have good communication and interpersonal skills
Having attended the Advocate Professional (PKPA) or Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is an added value
Able to operate microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint, etc
