MAIN DUTIES
Responsible to support the Strategic Procurement Supervisor to perform day to day Forward Purchase
Agreement Process (Tender Preparation, contract termination and contract amendment of the contract):
Responsible to support the Strategic Procurement Supervisor to perform day to day Vendor Management
Assist to negotiate agreements with vendors of complex technical equipment to obtain the best prices,
payment tems, availability, terms and conditions, warranties:
Ensure for all executed contracts & amendments (including supporting documents) are recorded in the system:
Preparing weekly report regarding to the Forward Purchase Agreement and Vendor Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor Degree Accounting Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Minimum has 3 (three) years experienoe in Strategic Procurement-Contract Management
Excellent skill in Ms. Office (Excel) &SAP system:
Proven experience and strong ability to understand and manage contracts
Demonstrated knowledge on policy, research and analytical thinking in the relevant area;
Good oral & written communication skills, pro-active, self-driven and having business-owner mindset is a must
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate:
Wiling to work on mining site as required/necessary
