WE ARE HIRINGTALENT MANAGEMENT MANAGER
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management/ Psychology.
Have min. 10 years experience in the related area, atleast last position as Suptn /Assistant Manager
Have Ability to build relationships with leaders at all levels of the organization
Have experience handle talent mapping employee (by nine box model), as Assessor in Assessment Center
Have experience manage HRIS/ERP system & developing tools for Assessment Center
Advance/Excellent skill in Ms.excel, Reporting & Presentation
Wiling to be placed in Jakarta HO with frequently travelling to mine site (Paser, Kaltim)
Responsibilities:
Conduct talent competency review, skill gap analyses to determine individual development needs aimed at aligning talent management with organization goals, develop talent management policy (promotion, rotation, internal job posting)
Design and execute career development programs in collaboration with management to ensure technical and leadership competency development close competency gaps to enhance readiness for targeted roles
Support HCMs in Succession Planning., provide transparency, educate on process and method for local succession reviews
Design and implemets that aims to measure, develop and manage company's talent pool
Build succession plans and discuss career-pathing options with promotable and high potential employees
As a Assessor & manage Kideco's Assessment Center
