PT Perta Arun Gas (PAG) is subsidiary of Pertamina with the Core Business as an Energy Infrastructure Provider: Hub (LNG, Condensate, LPG, Crude Oil), LNGRegasification, Gas Processing & Liquefaction, Hydrogen, Petrochemical (Ammonia / Methanol)
We are looking for experienced Professional Engineer talent who will be involved in accelerating mid and long term corporate business development plans as:
Posisi dan Kualifikasi
SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEERREQUIREMENT:
1. Degree in Chemical Engineering
2. Experience 15 years al least of Process engineering/design experience in the LNG industry. LNG liquefaction terminal experience is preferred.
3. Have capabilities to multi-task, manage multiple interfaces and prioritize work.
4. Have capabilities to develop LNG terminal process calculations.
S. Knowledge of process modeling software and experience in the use of relevant
technical computing tools and design tools, such as Hysys, Phast, Pipenet
6. Have an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and
Standards guidelines as well as local regulations
7. Must have proven exposure and hand on experience in carry out PFDs& P&IDS, HMB development, Design Pressure & Temperature breaks&Protection measures, HAZOP, SIL assessment, Cryogenic Spill protection (impoundment basin calculations), and Fire Fghting measures.
8. Must have had demonstrable experience in review and develop flare sizing calculations, and process calculations, FEED and EPC contractors proposal and technical design to ensure it meets design basis for the project requirement, industry codes and standards and best practice in the industry
9. Willingness to work with Hydrogen and Ammonia Projects
10. Expert in report writing and Fluent in English communications
11. Experience in EPC Company is preferred.
12. Hire status: Contract Basis (2 year contract)
SENIOR CIVIL & MARINE ENGINEER
REQUIREMENT:
1. Degree in Cvil/Structural/Marine Engineering
2. Min 15 years in experience having worked in an EPC company for upstream & downstream oll & gas projects.
3. Have capabilities to multi-task, manage multiple interfaces and prioritize work.
4. Have capabilities to develop conceptual design, steel structure calculation, foundation analysis and underground facilities.
S. Have experiences in steel fabrication and civil construction.
6. Have an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards guidelines as well as local regulations.
7. Must have had demonstrable experience Ohecking of structural and Civil documents and drawings.
8. Knowledge of modeling and calculating software and experience in the use of relevant technical computing tools and design tools, such as Staad Pro, SAP and SACS
9. Familiar with Marine Engineering definition and work flow
10. Expert in report writing and Fluent in English communications
11. Experience in EPC Company is preferred.
12. Hire status : Contract Basis (2 years contract)
SENIOR PROCESS SAFETY ENGINEER
REQUIREMENT:
1. Degree in Chemical Engineering
2. Min 15 years in experience having worked in an EPC Company for upstream&
downstream oil &gas projects.
3. Have capabilities to multi task, manage multiple interfaces and prioritize work,
4. Have capabilities to develop conceptual design, simulation, PFD and PID simulation experiences of attending, reviewing and closing HAZOP and HAZID of oil &B engineering /EPC projects either upstream or downstream.
5. Have experiences to perform equipment sizing and critical instrument sizing, i.e. PsV and control valve. Have experiences of evaluating FERA, QRA, SIL studies.
6. Have experiences of performing the fire fighting system design and engineering
7. Have an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards guidelines as well as local regulations
8. Must have had demonstrable experience with developing Safety Engineering
Deliverables related to Escape Route Layouts, Firewater Calculations, P&ID, Fire and Gas gs. ,Hazards Area, Noise Specificatic and Flare Radiation.
9. Must have proven exposure and hand on experience in participating / performing third party safety studies and workshops, including HAZID/ENVID, HAZOP, SIL Classifications, ALARP assessments, RAM study. Fire and Gas Mappings, Noise Studies, Fire and Explosion Risk Analysis (fFERA), Thermal Radiation, Gas Dispersion and Plume Study, Emergency System Survivability Analysis (ESSA), Escape, Evacuation and Rescue Analysis (EERA) Study
10. Expert in report writing and Fluent in English communications.
11. Experience in EPC Company is preferred.
12. Hire status: Contract Basis (2 year contract)
SENIOR INSTRUMENT &CONTROL ENGINEER
REQUIREMENT:
1. Degree in instrumentation Engineering
2. Experience 15 years al least of Process engineering/design experience in the LNG industry LNG liquefaction terminal experience is preferred
3. Have capabilities to multi-task, manage multiple interfaces and prioritize work
4. Have capabilities to develop instrument calculation, instrument engineering tools, instrument cable sizing. on- off valves design, control valve design (including LNGTank instrumentation) as well as Control System (PLC/ DCS)
5. Knowledge of process modeling software and experience in the use of relevant technical computing tools and design tools, such as Instrument tools
6. Have an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and
Standards guidelines as well as local regulations
7, Familiar with gs and liqud custody transfer system including indonesian regulatory
8. Must have had demonstrable experience on experience on compressor control, vibration, anti surge as well as process analyzer.
9. Have experience in HAZOP and SIL assessment/study
10. Expert in report writing and Fluent in English communications
11. Experience in EPC Company is preferred.
12. Hire status: Contract Basis (2 years contract)
