Warehouse Supervisor - Gresik MMR CMSDescription:
Job Summary
Supervise, coordinate and manage warehouse and logistics activities, including hydrocarbon and waste management activities in order to provide support for company in term of deliver a good practice to the Supply Chain Management process which conform to business ethics and company’s procedures.
Education
Bachelor's Degree of Preferably Engineering major, technical trade, or project type background is required.
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
Min. 3 years experiences in warehouse preferably in Mining industries.
Strong general engineering skill and mechanical aptitude.
Sound knowledge of Inventory Control and Supply Chain Management.
Fully understanding with EMS (Environmental Management System).
Awareness of ERP system (e.g. Avantis, SAP, or JD Edwards) would be an advantage but are not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, teamwork, and motivate people.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

Description:
Job Summary
Control and monitor the Purchase Order (PO) and Contract until goods and / or services delivered completely to Requestor Project. Lead procurement group and coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse, Inventory and Project Management group in efficient and effective in order to support company in terms of delivering good practice (QCDSM) to Supply Chain Management process which conform to business ethics, company procedures and health, safety, environmental (HSE)
Education
Bachelor's Degree of Engineering
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
Min. 3 years experiences in Procurement / Contract operation preferably in Mining, Construction and Oil and Gas industries.
Good knowledge of quality the equipment/materials according to international standard specifications and subcontractor / service as well.
Good knowledge of quality the materials according to international standard specifications
Sound knowledge of SCM (having knowledge of export import regulation, project management and / or contract management are advantages)
Able to maintain and uphold work and business ethics.
Risk and exposure due diligence.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
Interface with commercial/legal service providers.
Vendor / supplier / subcontractor meetings and visits.
Time manageable, target oriented and able to facing under pressure and urgent basis.
