The commercial team is a strategic department located all over Indonesia, that acts as the outstretched hand of Sampoerna to distribute our combustible cigarette and smoke free products across Indonesia by strengthening its influence toward the growing retail ecosystem through coverage expansion and digitalization.We are currently having a 1-year development & acceleration program known as Sampoerna Commercial Leader (Central Java) program. You will experience exciting placement in different areas within hiring zone and endless opportunity to explore across Commercial channels. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree from all major, with minimum GPA:
~ Bachelor’s Degree: 3.20
~ Master’s Degree: 3.30
• Maximum of 2 years' work experience
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Have good analytical thinking, fast learner and proactive
• Persistent, open minded and strong in problem solving
• Good team player, agile, as well as proven leadership capability and organizational savvy
• Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia
