PT. HARMONI ENERGI PERSADA (HEP) is a local Indonesian company established in March 2018 who is focusing on providing technical and managerial experts (local) to the Oil & Gas for both upstream and downstream, power, petrochemicals, mining, refinery and infrastructures industries through head hunting and outsourcing services.

We also offer quality assured public and in-house training courses, seminars, and workshops in Indonesia. All training courses have been designed and developed in accordance with the standards for learning services and delivered by qualified instructors who are experts in their respective fields.

Posisi dan Kualifikasi

Senior Civil Marine

Requirements:
- Have experience as Civil Marine for 8-14 Years
- Experience in EPC Company for more than 5 Years
- As a Contract Employee
- Work Location: Jakarta, Indonesia.

Senior Structure Modular Engineer

Requirements:
Qualification :
- S1/Bachelor Degree of Marine Engineering from reputable university
- Min experience 10 years at Oil and gas industry
- Capable to design modular structure for piperack & equipment structure for onshore plant.
- Capable to conduct pre-service analysis (sea transport analysis, land transport/loadout analysis, lifting analysis) and in-place analysis (including seismic analysis).

QHSE MANAGER

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION :
- Proven QHSE professional with min 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas Industry or similar.
- Good academic background, ideally with bachelor’s degree or BSc/ MSc within QHSE or technical fields.
- Working knowledge of relevant QHSE standards (ISO 9001, 17020, 17025, 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc) and prevailing legislation.
- Experienced in managing and implementing Quality Management Systems.
- Strong leadership skills to constantly drive safety and quality improvements.
- Must be competent in the use of MS Office or excellent computer skills and experienced in managing large and complex management system databases.
- Fluent in English both oral and written. Good Leadership & Communication skills, able to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organizations.
- Knowledgeable Health & Safety professional qualification (IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent).
- Expert in Lead Auditor qualification or willingness to progress to Lead Auditor status.
- Capability to promote the Company and associated organisations.
- Capability to travel local or worldwide when necessary.
- Organizational skills required for the coordination of Inspection activities for multiple projects at once and ability to work across diverse and ever-changing functions and operating effectively within matrix reporting lines to support the achievement of key performance indicators and goals.
