Responsibilities
To implement the procurement process of service (Operation) through the sourcing process and administrating contract to ensure HCML needs are fulfilled at an efficient cost, comply with applicable regulations, and synchronize with the company’s long/short-term objectives.
Requirement
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
Have minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field in Oil & Gas Industry.
Having minimum 1 year experiences in procurement process.
Have experience as a member of the Tender Committee is an advantage.
Have knowledge of tender process, sourcing strategies, local content, vendor management, contract drafting, importation and related government regulation.
Have knowledge of drilling, vessel and production facilities.
Having PTK 007/Tender Committee Certificate (SKK Migas) is an advantage.
