Sumitomo Forestry (PT. WSL, PT. MTI & PT. KMF) is looking for :"Business Development Analyst"
Requirements:
1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Finance/Accounting, Real Estate, Urban Development (Perencanaan Wilayah Kota).
2. At least 2-3
years of working experience in the business development/market study/corporate finance related field is required for this position. Fresh Graduates with excellent record from reputable universities are welcome to apply.
3. Having experience working in Property consultant/developer is preferred.
4. Good understanding of real estate market, business expansion, and corporate action.
5. Proficient in Ms. Office, Financial Reporting/Modelling and good communication skills in English (both oral and writing).
Job Descriptions:
1. In-depth market study, including analysis and recommendation on real estate market and general industry/economics trend.
2. Development of financial feasibility study for prospective projects.
3. Work with architect/design planning team in relation to product development.
4. Work with finance/accounting team in relation to budget and cost control.
5. Work with legal team in relation to commercial terms of transaction documents.
